These Terms of Service govern your use of shop.kiitos.world and your purchase of KiiTOS products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Company Information

KiiTOS EdTech Laboratory Limited operates this online store. KiiTOS was founded with seed support from Honor U Ministry (iCare), a Hong Kong non-profit charitable organization.

2. Products

All KiiTOS bracelets are handcrafted, limited-edition natural crystal amulets. Product descriptions, materials, and wrist sizes are listed on each product page. Natural crystals vary slightly in colour and pattern, so each piece is unique.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in USD or EUR and are subject to change. KiiTOS uses a living-pricing model: each piece sold adds a small amount to the next price in the same edition. The price displayed at checkout is the current price.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed through Stripe. Payment is required before production or shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

5. Shipping

We ship from Hong Kong. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, branding, and product photography on this website are owned by KiiTOS EdTech Laboratory Limited. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

KiiTOS products are sold as personal jewellery and symbolic amulets. Healing-crystal descriptions reflect traditional beliefs and are not medical advice. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be resolved in Hong Kong.
