Refund Policy

KiiTOS creates handcrafted, limited-edition crystal amulets. Because each piece is made individually and in very small numbers, we handle returns and refunds with great care.

1. Made-to-Order & Limited Editions

Many pieces are made to order or released as one-time limited editions. Once a design is sold out, it is retired and not reproduced. For this reason, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from its description.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bracelet arrives damaged, broken, or not as described, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

3. Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect wrist-size selection. Please review the wrist size and materials listed on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you measure.

4. Repairs

If a bracelet breaks under normal wear within 30 days of delivery, we offer one complimentary restringing service. The buyer covers return shipping; we cover repair and return postage.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
